Thank you for your interest in the 118th Toronto International Salon of Photography.

We had a very successful salon this year. I’m pleased to report that we had 592 Entrants from 46 Countries, submit 3,791 images. By February 12th we will have all the Accepted, Honourable Mentions, and Medal winning images posted on our website.

I’m also pleased to report that all Salon Catalogs, Awards, and prints are in-the-mail, and two weeks earlier than expected! This achievement, and many other Salon achievements, are due to the committed Toronto Camera Club volunteers who so generously donate their time throughout the year. Thank you to all who participate.

While we are just closing the books on the 118th Salon, we are already planning for the 119th! We have some exciting changes for the 119th Salon, so please visit out Salon website for further details.

Note that the closing date for the 119th Salon is Friday, November 9, 2012.

Please be advised that the judging was completed on the weekend. Our schedule states that all Salon Report Cards will be emailed by Friday, November 25. We expect to meet that objective.

You are reminded that the 118th Toronto International Salon of Photography closes one week from today.

Salon Closing Date: Next Friday (November 11th) @ midnight, GMT -5.

Be advised that we have begun sending Submission Confirmation Reports – a report that reflect the titles of the images that you submitted, and the Divisions in which you submitted those images. Some Entrants submitted images in the wrong or an unintended Division, so please check your Submission Confirmation Report.

Having sent the Submission Confirmation Reports, we received a number of failed delivery (bounce-back) notices. This is most likely the result of an incorrectly spelled email address – the email address that you specified on your Entry Form. If you have not received your Submission Confirmation Report, then please notify us of your correct email address.

Also, if your email address ends in “@wanadoo.fr” please contact us as we have received a number of bounce-backs from this email provider.

If you are submitting prints to the competition and they have not yet been received, you will not receive another Submission Confirmation Report when the prints arrive. However, you can check the status of your print-arrivals by using the following link.
