The second Assigned Topics Competition is coming up and entries are due in three weeks.

Submitting Your Images for AT2

• You may enter up to 4 images in total, distributed between the two topics any way desired. For example, you may submit 3 images depicting the topic Weather and 1 image illustrating Columns and Arches or 4 Weather and no entry in Columns and Arches etc. etc.
• Digital images must be no larger than 1024 pixels in any dimension, but ought to be at least 1024 pixels in at least one dimension to have maximum impact. Files larger than 1024 pixels in either dimension will not be accepted. In addition, the images must be in JPG and sRGB format.
• Files must be named in the following manner:

Competition_Topic_Division_Name_Title.jpg

For this competition:
Competition = AT2
Topic= Columns and Arches or Weather
Division= B (Beginners, A (Advanced) or M (Masters)
Name= Your name
Title= Title of image that will be read to the judges

For example: AT2_Columns and Arches_A_John Smith_ Roman Columns

Please note that the Topic precedes the Division (new this year) and underscores (_) must be used as separators (this also a change from previous years). You must name the files according to this format before emailing them or burning them to a CD. Files that do not follow this convention will not be accepted.

Burned to a CD and placed in the Assigned Topics drawer. The CD must be labeled with your name and contact information as well as the relevant competition Topics.

Please note that all emailed entries will be acknowledged within a few days. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please email me. But please do not resend your images unless requested.

Judging will be at the club on Wednesday, February 17th at 7:00pm. Let me know if you'd like to help by reading out the titles, calling out the scores, typing in the scores and comments or simply helping out with the refreshments.
